Q: Is your software compatible with Vista?

A: Yes.

Q: Do you do arc flash calculations?

A: Yes, our software calculates the maximum arcing fault clearing time as well as the arcing fault current.

Q: How easy is the software to Use?

A: Very easy, in fact we can teach You to use any of our programs over the telephone in just 5 to 15 minutes!

Q: We are a large company. Are there site licenses available for multiple users?

Q: Can I input my own Cable Sizes?

A: Yes, you can select your own cable sizes and see ampacity, voltage drops, temperatures, etc.

Q: I'm in Maintenance. Can I use it to help maintain an existing installation?

A: Yes, you can Input an existing Installation and check it all for compliance including Cable Sizes and voltage drops, short circuit calculations, and drawings.

Q: How Knowledgeable do you need to be to use the program?

A: Obviously some electrical knowledge is essential, but because this amazing new smart technology is so easy to use, the software will not allow you to make a mistake!

Q: What are the Minimum system requirements?

A: Minimum of Windows 98 or later, Pentium II processor or equivalent, 128 megs of RAM, and 1024 x 600 screen resolution.

Q: How do I get technical help if I need it?

A: We know that You want to quickly achieve the maximum benefit from your investment, and that's why you will be given your own tech support Tel number where you are put through to an experienced Electrical Engineer who really knows his stuff. He will help you by giving training and engineering support!

Q: What happens if the rules and regulations change?

A: As end users ourselves, we will make any changes quickly, and downloads of the changes will be made available over the Internet Free of Charge for the first 12 months!

Q: Are there any maintenance charges to pay?

A: No, there are however inexpensive care packages which would entitle you to all future upgrades!

Q: Are there any training classes available?

A: Yes. As well as free training over the phone, we do provide full on-site training, usually half a day.

How To Download and View Demonstrations

The process of downloading and viewing our demos involves transferring a file from this website to your computer's local hard drive, uncompressing the file and clicking a button to start viewing the demo. Please note these instructions are intended for Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6 or higher. If you are using an older version of Windows or a different browser, please contact us for assistance.
To download a demonstration simply follow these steps:

  1. Click the Download Demo button on each individual program description page. When you select a Download Demo button a small pop-open window will appear: Please Note the name of the file (program_name.zip) and select Save.
  2. A second window will now appear asking you to specify the folder you would like to save the file in. Select the save in button and choose the My Documents folder to save your demo into. Next press the Save button to begin transferring the demo file to your computer.
  3. When the file transfer has been completed a window may be displayed: File Download Completed. If it is, simply click close.
  4. At this point you have successfully downloaded the program_name.zip file to your computer's local hard drive in a folder called My Documents. Simply click your start button and locate the folder in the menu called My Documents. Click this folder and look for the program_name.zip file you just downloaded.
  5. When you have located the file, right click on the file and select Extract All. In the new pop-open box, select next and then next again. Next make sure there is a check mark in Show extracted files and click finish. In the new window, double click the program_name.exe file and the demo will start! If you missed any steps and it did not work, simply click the start button and open the folder in the menu called My Documents. Click this folder and look for the program_name.exe file. Double click it to view!
  6. If you want to view the demo at a later date it can be started by clicking the start button and opening the folder in the menu called My Documents. Click this folder and look for the program_name.exe file and double click it to view!
